How Your MCAT Tutoring Works

Our MCAT Tutoring Guarantees

Quality Fit Guarantee

If you are unhappy with your first paid tutoring session, email hello@acemedboards.com within 24 hours after that session and before attending a second session. Choose a different tutor with a replacement first session at no charge, or request a full refund of your tutoring fees. Your unused hours transfer with a tutor change.

Five-point AAMC practice-test progress guarantee

Our 20-hour and 40-hour MCAT packages include a five-point total-score increase guarantee on scored AAMC full-length practice tests. If an eligible student falls short, the 20-hour package provides seven additional hours and the 40-hour package provides ten additional hours, once at no charge.

Take a scored AAMC full-length test before your first session, complete your purchased tutoring hours and assigned practice tests, and take a different scored AAMC full-length test by the end of tutoring and before your official exam. Use previously unused tests under consistent timed conditions and share the baseline and final score reports. Unscored sample tests and third-party score conversions do not qualify.

This is an additional-hours guarantee, not a refund or a promise about your official MCAT score or medical school admission. It does not apply to the 10-hour package or single-hour purchases. The separate Quality Fit Guarantee still applies. Read the complete guarantee terms.

Start with your goals and timeline

Tell us your MCAT test date, current practice results, available study time, and the parts of preparation that feel most difficult. A free consultation helps you decide whether a single session or a tutoring package fits your needs.

Work one-on-one with a tutor

Use your sessions to review challenging concepts, understand missed questions, strengthen passage reasoning, and practice a more consistent approach. Online sessions make it easier to fit tutoring around classes and other responsibilities.

Choose the right amount of support

Our 10-hour, 20-hour, and 40-hour packages provide different levels of support. The right choice depends on your starting point and schedule. More hours alone do not determine your final score.

MCAT Tutoring Questions

Can you help me prepare for an MCAT retake?

Yes. Tell us what happened during your previous preparation and which sections or question types caused difficulty. We can discuss a package that gives you time to address those problems.

Can I book one session before buying a package?

Yes. You can purchase one hour of MCAT tutoring for $150. Package discounts are shown above.

Is tutoring the same as medical school application advising?

No. MCAT tutoring focuses on exam preparation. Our medical school admissions consulting offers separate support with applications, personal statements, secondary essays, and interviews.

Where should I start?
